Who is your favorite type of music and why?

I always gravitate to the singer-songwriter types in music. The acoustic storytelling sounds of Bob Dylan, Dolly Parton, and Brandi Carlisle are just a few that I really appreciate their ability to explore unique melodies and powerful storytelling in the matter of minutes.

What is your favorite piece to perform?

When it comes to music, I am most proficient as a vocalist; my training lies in the musical theatre repertoire. I love exploring the works of Stephen Sondheim and the composing team Ahrens & Flaherty.
