Face masks are welcome and strongly encouraged at Symphony Center. Face coverings will be required at Symphony Center if the Chicago COVID-19 Community Risk Level is HIGH (Red) at the time of the performance.

All individuals are expected to self-screen for COVID-19 symptoms before entering Symphony Center or attending a CSOA event. Symptoms may include, fever, chills, cough, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, sore throat, and fatigue. Patrons who are not feeling well, are exhibiting any COVID-19 symptoms or have had or been exposed to COVID-19 in the past 10 days should not attend and instead contact Patron Services for ticket options.

Parking is available at CYSO’s preferred parking garage, Millennium Garages’ Grant Park South, 325 S Michigan Ave.

Via Metra: Closest stations include the Van Buren Station, LaSalle Street Station, Union Station, and Ogilvie Transportation Center. Check www.metrarail.com for more information.

Via CTA: Easily accessible via any ‘L’ train line exiting at the Jackson stop, Library/State/Van Buren stop, or the Adams/Wabash stop. There are also many buses that service the area. Check www.transitchicago.com for more information.

Main floor accessible at ground level. Limited wheelchair accessible seating. Elevators available to higher floors. Limited accessible seating off of main floor. Restrooms are wheelchair accessible.

Garage parking available at nearby in Grant Park South. Elevator available from main level (exits at Van Buren). Second and third floor parking accessible via escalator.
